Judge Spechler designed & implemented the traffic infraction program resulting in savings of tax dollars to the community and keeping police officers on the streets.
Judge Spechler also initiated the traffic infractions “blitz” program resulting in disposition of 12,000 traffic infractions in three days.
Judge Spechler initiated the first Traffic Magistrate’s Continuing Education Program which has since become the model program for the State of Florida.
